Team Building

Me and Debbie walked to school,hahha.....we missed the 8.10 bus and the 8.35 bus also already gone,it came earlier today,ck3...
I knew that from people,and They names are Gibson and Lyn

Today we got the teambuilding session,and were devided into 6main groups,oh! The Chinese boy name S and his b’day was 22th August o,hahha...2 days earlier than me,i knew that because we were asked to line up according to the date of birth and the month WITHOUT making a single sound,so we’re just pointing,eye contacting and finger gestures + body language

My group got 16 people and i was asked to be the leader,I didn’t want to because a leader has to take responsibilty for the members,and usually the busiest one,hahah...
I have to memorized their strage cute names,Oh my....Got one Iranian girl,i could hardly remember her name,ck3...Adrian,Alweno and Valencia were in my group,we were the first group and we named it Apple,don’t ask me why,hahhaa...it’s the Iranian girl’s idea,maybe because sh loves apple so much,and besides that an apple a day keeps the doctor away right?


We played games,i couldn’t describe them in details,but the first game was a really tough one,my body all got hurt r,hahha...we were asked to collect as many balls from the middle hulla hoop,we here means all of us,around 150 people,hahha...
You may use grabbing,defending your hulla hoop as the balls later would get into there,and snatching of course,hahaha....


1st round,my team got the 3rd rank,and the 2nd round all of us fail,even some should be the winner because the leader said that designed not to fight each otehr,but gotta help each other
We later will be working as a team,even different department,maybe some can be in the Kitchen,Front Office, F& B and Room Service one,but above them all we still work for one major thing,THE HOTEL,so we should help each other and not fightdropping each other.


The 2nd game was called Human Machine,every group have to perform one machine,i picked the Train at first when one of my team member saidwe needed stg more creative,and igave them a minute to think of one machine,result turned out to be only around 3 gave idea,some said how about the CCTV camera,ahhaha...i couldn’t understand how we could role as the CCTV camera,hmm...then my idea was the Arcade machine,we could find it at the Carnival,where we give coupon and we will be given guns and have to shoot targets to get a gift.


We had roughly 20min to practice,move,and make background sounds wew...
As a leader I had to plan and arrange them all,we practise and then perform
The 1st team was Arek’s,they acted as the Train,it’s very funny and I got the 2nd one,then continued by Medhi’s as the Talking Vending machine, Steven’s as the Radio, Ali’s as the wat r...i forgot,and last team acted as the train also,GB i didn’t play the Train,cos got 2 trains already,hehe...

the last game was really unexpected,I never thought that they'ld be that brave to held this game,ck3...
