kOTAK2...I'm coming

I got a Kitchen theory class today,and my lecturer is Mr.Amir,same person when i have on my practical class,hmm....

Actually he was a nice lecturer,if you just obey his rules

1.Punctuality
2.Attendance
3.grooming
those have to be fullfil,if you don't want a reduction in ure score,hmm...



He told us about what we're going to learn,cos this is still the briefing week,he just share things with us,from where he borned then how long he had been chef,bla3...
then he asked all of us to introduce ourselves and told us what is our ambitions


I got more than 1 ambiton,which mean good and bad things,the good one perhaps at least i know what i want to be as some of them still didn't know yet
But the bad one,my ambition is not as easy as fliping my hand,it needs hard work,determination,and patience

First: I want to be a great hotellier,who knows one day i can be a GM

2nd: I want to open my own patisserie shop,majoring cakes

and of course cheesecakes o:)

perhaps i can make my own wedding cakes leh,hahaha

all made of cheese,akakka,with nice simple decoration of flowers,hmm...

3rd: I want to be a wedding planner,where i can plan all the things

starting from the wedding gowns, the flowers,the decorations
until the foods

just like in the movie,but i'll have to work in big country already as if in Indonesia

seldom people will use my service o

But different in other advancing country

they're too busy to plan so they'll use the wedding planner service,hehe..:)

We then got the F&B theroy class with Mr.Remi,he is a French

His France acsen really nice,hahaha....he told us some French,and of course the most popular one is Bonjour,akkakka

He won't be teaching for next week and the next 2 weeks as he is going to France,his brother is getiing married,hahahha....so nice o,going to France,hmm...

Tonight,i attended the Kotak2 party,it was a party with kotak2 dresscode and for Indonesian student only,we had sate kacang there with es buah,so Indonesia,hahha

they also got banda and sang a song,guess what song

CARI JODOH,omg....hahhahha....

we then played game and my team won,Oh! when we registered our name,they gave us a Glow in the dark braclete,i took the violet color and then my team was all with the violet bracellet on them,some of the members were really lebai,khas Indo bgt,hahhaha...

Anyway my Indo aksen had changed,cos i mixed it all,Well...most of the Indonesian came from different provinces,some Palembang,Surabaya,Pontianak,Jakarta,and only soem can speak hokkien,ahhahha...kinda medok already my aksen,but that's ok,thy're all really funny :)

PS: Narsism starts before,and after the party,hahahha....
